What we do

Swamp Fox Systems helps small and mid-sized businesses and public-sector partners plan and ship modern technology: artificial intelligence and automation, business and process optimization, cloud and database performance, and end-to-end product development—from discovery through deployment.

We combine strategy with hands-on engineering so recommendations turn into working systems, not slide decks.

Platform & technology

Our projects are built and operated on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). We use Google’s AI stack—including Gemini and related models—alongside Google Cloud APIs for compute, data, integration, and intelligent features, chosen to match each product’s needs.

Problems: Rising software and cloud spend without clear ROI; manual workflows that don’t scale; legacy stacks that block innovation; teams that need AI and cloud guidance without hiring a full in-house platform group.

Our work spans professional services and SaaS, community and property management (e.g. HOA and inspection workflows), logistics and transportation, and government digital services (resident-facing portals and modernized public sites). Product & project stage

Swamp Fox Systems operates as an early-stage / MVP-focused practice: several in-house platforms are in active development and iteration. One public project—the Dorchester County, SC digital portal—is production-live and serves residents today. See Current projects for details.
